Responsible for monitoring and inspecting a $4.2 Billion military construction program and Base Camp Master Planning throughout 27 Middle Eastern countries. Managed negotiations from command through the Department of Defense (DoD) and Congress for approval and funding. Managed the six-month Aerial Port of Debarkation relocation in Kuwait.
